  • Everyone has a moment in their life when things are going bad. I had this moment when my dad was diagnosed with diabetic conditions and both of my yungest sons became gluten sensitive.
    The worst part of all I just didn't know how to help and felt like my hands were tightened to a post called "give up". Me and my wife decided to use what we have, use our built up knowledge, my contractor company to create the planet's most risky restaurant, dealing with gluten and sugar free ingredients in low carb option to give a choice to anyone to really enjoy eating and drinking no matter what conditions they are at. We never gave up during the project and I hope our strength in this will give other people power to fight against their condition, because YES there is a way to create tasty food on a healthy way.
