  • A "full vinyasa" (movement with breath) is where we return to Samasthiti after each asana (posture).
    Michele will lead the class in a sanskrit count to keep the flow of the breath and movement, working on the key elements of Breath, Bandha (internal locks) and Dristi (focus point).
    The more challenging postures within the Primary Series of Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga will be broken down and modifications given to allow all levels of students enter the postures safely.
